I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of massage therapy since 2004. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.
As a Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Massage Therapist. Since beginning my massage therapy career, I have trained in a number of advanced therapies and modalities including: Prenatal massage, sports massage, hot stone therapy, myofascial release therapy, myoskeletal alignment technique, advanced stretching, reflexology, raindrop therapy and many more!

In 2008, I trained in a teaching adult learners course and received my Massage Therapy Instructor license from the state of Texas. Since becoming licensed, I have taught courses to both new massage therapy students obtaining their licenses as well as licensed massage therapists training in continuing education classes.
